Ramen
Made with a pork bone-based broth. The broth is slow-cooked for hours, milky texture and deep umami flavor. Garlic and green onion blend boiled oil, It’s paired with ramen noodles and topped with slices of tender chashu (braised pork belly), soft-boiled marinated eggs (ajitama), wood ear mushrooms, green onions, corn and seaweed flakes. Black tonkotsu ramen is a hearty and indulgent favorite.
